Carrot Walnuts Cup Cake Recipes

 

 

Ingredients(for 20 medium size cup cake)

 

  • 1 cup maida (250 gram)

  • ¾ cup sugar

  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 1 ½ cups grated carrots

  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts

  • 2/3 cup oil

  • 2 eggs (beaten)

 

 

Method (How to make carrot walnut cake at home)

 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degree.

  • Sieve the maida with baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt together and keep  aside.

  • In a separated bowl beat the eggs, add oil and grated carrot.

  • Add sugar, now slowly add shifted flour, stir until mixed.

  • Put the cup cake lining in the cup cake try.

  • Pour 2/3 of cup cake liner.

  • Bake for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted come out clean.

Note:   Always use correct measuring cup and spoon to get perfect cup cake.

Always use ingredients in room temperature.
