Eggless Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

200 gram Condensed milk

1 1/2 cup Refind flour

1 tbls Cocoa powder

1 tbls Chocolate powder

1 tsp Baking powder

3/4 tsp Baking soda

1/2 cup Butter melted

1 tsp Vanilla essence

3/4 cup Milk

Method (How to make eggless choclate cake at home)

Preheat the oven at 180 degree C.

Prepare 9 inch round cake pan. Spray it with cooking oil spray or lightly butter the pan.

Sieverefind flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder all together 2 to 3 times. and Keep aside.

Then add milk, melted butter, choclate powder, vanilla extract and condensed milk. Mix well using whisk.

Pour the batter into a prepared cake pan. Bake into preheated oven for 30 minutes or till toothpick inserted in center of cake will come out clean.

Remove it from the oven and let it cool on wire rack for 5 minutes. Then using a knife loose the sides of the pan. And invert it into cooling rack from the pan and let it cool completely before servings.
