Whole Wheat Flour Chocolate Chips Muffins
Ingredients(for 12 medium size muffins)
- 1 cup wheat flour or (half wheat flour and half maida)

1/3 cup sugar

1 tsp baking powder

¼tsp baking soda

1/8 tsp salt
-
1/3 cup milk
-
¼ cup unsalted butter
-
1 egg
-
½ tsp vanilla essence
-
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
Method (How to make whole wheat flour muffins)

Preheat the oven to 180 C.

Place the muffin liners in a muffin tin.

Shift all the dry ingredients except sugar and keep aside.

Add eggs to a bowl and beat them lightly, Add sugar and mix, Add milk, vanilla essence and melted butter. Mix everything well.

Now add flour mixture little by little at time and mix and stir well. Add the rest and stir just until combined well. Add choco chips and stir.

Pour the muffin batter to the liners equally. Tap to remove extra air and set them equally.

Bake for 15-18 minutes or till tooth pick inserted came out clean.

Remove from the oven and cool them on a wire rack.

Top them with some butter cream frost and serve.
