Coconut Burfi
Ingredients
- 250 grams condensed milk
- 400 grams coconut powder
- 2 green cardamom powder
- tsp Milk
- Some saffron threads
Method
- Soaked saffron in a warm milk.
- Pour the condense milk in a heavy bottom pan and heat lightly until it melt.
- Turn off the gas.
- Mix well the Coconut powder, cardamom powder and saffron with melted condenses milk.
- Pour this mixture on a pre-greased plate and spread evenly.
- Let it be cool.
- After cooling off cut the in the desired shape of Burfi.
- Delicious coconut burfi is ready.
