Green Chutney
Ingredients
- Coriander leaves 1 big bunch (2 cups)
- Mint leaves ½ of the bunch (1 cup)
- Ginger 1 inch peice
- Green chillies 2-3
- Lemons juice - half a lemon
- Sugar 1/2 tsp
- Salt
Preparation
- Clean and wash coriander and mint leaves nicely two or three times.Drain and keep it aside.
- Peel the ginger and wash.
- Grind coriander, mint,ginger, green chillies, salt, lemon and sugar together without using water. keep in the fridge in any airtight container.
- This chutney can be stored for 4-5 days in the refrigerator.
