Matar Paneer Cutlet
Ingredients

1 cup boiled and mashed peas

½ cup boiled and mashed potato

½ cup grated paneer

1 tsp green chilli (finely chopped)

¼ cup onion (finely chopped)

2tbsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)

1 tsp mustard paste

¼ tsp pepper powder
-
2 tbsp corn flour
-
2 tbsp butter

Salt as per taste
Method(How to make matar paneer cutlet)

Mix boiled and mashed potato and peas together.

Add chopped chilli, onion, coriander leaves, mustard paste, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Add half of the corn flour and mix well and make small small balls.

Take one ball and fill 1 tsp grated paneer and cover it and make small round or triangle tikki. Roll over corn flour.

Heat tawa and put some butter over tawa shallow fry all tikki till light brown from both side.

Serve hot with green mango chutney or sauce.
